We know life happens but here are some important things to know before booking

  • children // having children in the salon not receiving services creates a stressful environment for everyone, please arrange for a sitter & keep all children at home.

  • services // please refer to service pricing and details prior to making an appointment so there are no surprises and be sure to ask beforehand for any clarification.

  • time // most full appointments take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on density and correction purposes. please manage or clear your day so we can enjoy our time together without rushing!

  • clothing // we are not responsible for any damage to clothing or accessories that occurs during your appointment.

  • payments // all appointments are to be paid for in full before leaving the salon, we accept all major credit cards. please note there are no refunds issued of any kind on services.

  • late appointments // if you are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment please call ahead, if you arrive beyond 15 minutes late you risk your stylist forfeiting your appointment and you will be charged a $50 fee for inconvenience.

  • retail // all product sales in store and online are final, no exchanges or refunds

Thairapy Hair Salon Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.   

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
